I was born and raised in Germany, got a university degree in textile engineering in Moskow, Russia, worked for about 10 years in the corporate world in different countries and have been living full-time in Mexico since 2001. I have an ongoing practice for hands-on therapeutic bodywork since 2004 (Rolfing/Structural Integration, massage and Jin Shin Jyutsy).I discovered breathwork for myself in 2024 and immediately understood the enormous therapeutic potential of this work since I have been working with clients for the last 20 years and know that the really deep healing work cannot happen when we are in our ordinary state of consciousness. On the other hand psychoactive substances have never been my path. I my very first breathwork session I realized that just breath and the right music in combination can open those realms for us where all the deep material becomes accessible for healing and transformation. It has been my deep conviction already since a long time that we are capable of healing ourselves, and that our soul is always guiding us toward wholeness and integrity but it is hardly a straightforward process.In February 2025 I graduated from the Institute for NeuroDynamic Breathwork as a certified facilitator which gave me the tools for creating supportive environments, being in the right state of mind as a facilitator and creating amazing music sets for others to embark on their inner journey and magic to happen. In a world often marked by separation and “us vs. them” thinking, I believe breathwork offers a powerful antidote—a space to see ourselves in one another, share openly, and heal together. Together, we can cultivate compassion, foster understanding, and create a much more connected world.
