The National Centre (NC) breeds up to 1500 puppies each year at our state of the art facility, with fantastic facilities for staff, volunteers and our dogs, enabling us to carry out research and produce quality puppies to change the lives of blind and partially sighted people.Our breed stock dogs live in the homes of our volunteers, and visit the centre for breeding, boarding, and occasionally to have their puppies. All of the puppies we breed visit us at 6 weeks old before going to live in the home of a volunteer puppy raiser for a year. Visitors can see and learn about this working site as we carry out our daily work.
