AOR ReflexologistI qualified in 2000 and have held many workshops and 121 treatments and happily share my knowledge and experience to support others in learning how to treat themselves using hand reflexology.Louise Hay workshopsI am very proud to be running workshops and to share with others how to explore and develop themselves through the philosophies of Louise Hay. I qualified in 2009 and have held many workshops since then, subsequently supported by one-to-ones.I have experienced a great deal of emotional ‘letting-go’ through the years and at times it has been hard not to feel burdened by my next step. This work has supported me moving forward.
