I trained in yoga and holistic therapies in my early twenties, Pilates a few years after that more recently bringing in a trauma centred and interoceptive awareness. Then I brought in training in a range of coaching styles, most recently becoming one of the first Level 7 qualified trauma informed coaches in the world.I’m certified as an Internal Family Systems (IFS) Therapist, Somatic Therapist, Safe and Sound Protocol Practitioner, and am Sensorimotor Psychotherapy informed. I’m also now training in Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT) and I’m a certified menopause and ADHD coach, and forest bathing practitioner. My practice is centred on nervous system regulation, listening to the cues of the body, and making a deep connection to Self to enable healing on a profound level.I have a devotion to work with women who are ready to become their own self-advocate and best friend. And I’ve learnt to be comfortable as a hybrid professional able to blend my skills as a choreographer, coach, creator and loving caring human, to design values-led approaches to personal improvement, through a neuroaffirming lens.
