Chloe’s energy is passionate, sensitive, deeply connected to Mother Earth & creative.Her neuro-spicy energy lends to being a grounding, intuitive & magically playful teacher.After falling deeply in love with how nourishing sound baths were she was drawn to training in crystal bowl sound healing with the Sound Healing Academy, and has become very inspired by the delicious mystery and sounds of sound bath.She explores how to weave the sound of the crystal bowls, tibetan bowls, koshi bells, tingsha bells and shamanic drum together with her voice to create a sonic paradise of relaxation.Sound baths can open up deep listening within the body and heart. They can create space and bliss within us, as our bodies are also made of crystalline energy, just as the sound bowls are.Chloe created Heart Circle, a nourishing, queer-inclusive moon circle space, which takes place every month in Energy For Life, Brighton.To come together to meditate, sing, feel, rest, play and move, creating calm, connection and love.With a life time of experience and training in theatre, music and dance, this allows her to flow into her work, with an intuitive heart.She has been slowly exploring spirituality, through yoga, breath work, stillness, circles, sound bath, play, nature, food and movement.She completed a short course in yoga training, cacao ceremony & healing with Deborah Wild Curtis and plans to deepen her training in movement in the coming year, and plans to hold retreats globally in 2025.
