Holly Ingram is a mobility movement and breath work teacher who is passionate about helping people move better and feel better in their bodies. With 14 years of experience in the fitness industry, Holly has developed a unique approach that combines elements of yoga, Reiki, and functional training.Holly helps students improve their mobility, flexibility, and strength, while also teaching them to use their breath to enhance their physical and mental well-being. Her classes are accessible to students of all levels, and she takes a personalized approach to each student’s needs and goals.Holly also owns Tyler Paddle and enjoys sharing her love of the outdoors and Stand Up Paddle-boarding. SUP is a fun and effective way to improve health and fitness while you soak up some sun, to help your body produce Vitamin D, which is important for bone health and immune function.
