We offer meditation and relaxation classes around Los Angeles.We are based on the West side of LA, but will travel to offer classes around town to schools, corporations, businesses, yoga centers,and any individuals or groups that would like to host an event at their home, church, community center or local park.We are a registered 501c, so we give donation based classes.Classes are given by Yoga teachers that have been practicing for over 25 years and applying the practices for even longer. The mantra meditation methods that are taught have been passed down by a long line of teachers for many hundreds of years. The simple techniques have been proven to help people overcome even the most difficult of obstacles in their lives.Feel free to reach out and set up an event with us, or you can attend any of our current events.
