Cher has been teaching yoga full time since the birth of her second child in 2017. Becoming a mother blew her consciousness wide open and deeply influenced her style of teaching that is focused on the physical and spiritual journey of maiden to mother within Pregnancy and Postnatal Yoga.In 2020 during the pandemic she began holding much needed sacred circles to help build community and restore connection. This year Cher began teaching Flow Dance Meditation an uplifting practice that emphasises the therapeutic benefits of movement.
