Swamp Witch Solutions has grown out of my fascination with nature and herbal lore.  We have forgotten so much about the uses of different plants, with many labelled as weeds - the word 'weed' actually comes from the Anglo-Saxon name for all herbs or small plants.  A number of plants we label as 'weeds' today (dandelion & nettle being two prime examples) have long been valued for their medical or health giving properties.I run Herbal Remedy Workshops on a range of themes - coughs & colds, sleeps & stress, uplift & energise, get well & stay well, and you can book private workshops through my website.
