Annie Richardson and Amber Clements are both Human Design Reflectors living in Australia.Annie and Amber crossed paths over two years ago in what now feels like a divinely orchestrated encounter to bring together Australasia's first human design conference. Starting as just an idea over lunch, their journey to bring this idea to fruition has been a labour of love for them both as they strive to grow a thriving human design community in this region.⁠Leveraging their strengths as Reflectors and their proficiency in navigating Human Design, both personally and professionally, along with a shared aspiration for deeper connection, collaboration, and experience, a partnership was formed and this event was birthed.Amber is a Human Design Teacher and Director of the Australian College of Human Design. She is also an international Human Design speaker, facilitator and author of the book 'The Human Design Reflector: Barometer of the World'. She also has over 25 years of international experience as a teacher, corporate change management consultant and communications expert. Amber brings a wealth of knowledge and a profound love for Human Design. She loves to help people thrive.Annie is an active participant in the Human Design community and is certified in Human Design, Family Design, and the Gene Keys. Annie shares her insights and experiences through her podcast, "Reflector Reflections," and manages her own business, "Annie Richardson and The Heart Grove" as a dedicated Birth, Postpartum, and Death Doula.Her commitment to the exploration of Human Design mechanics reflects her dedication to fostering well-being in both individuals and families.
