Lady Kat has been facilitating transformational spaces since 2012, studying and experimenting with the human condition and learning many different modalities that have ultimately led to the conclusion that "the way to freedom is to live from the heart."Then, Human Design found her, and in the last five years, she has been radically experimenting with this transformative knowledge, pushing the boundaries of personal and collective growth. Her dedication to understanding the intricacies of the human experience led her to study at the International Human Design School, where she achieved her Human Design Guide certification. In this role, she has not only empowered individuals to discover their unique potential and embrace their authentic selves but also initiated a seven-month co-living Human Design container in the heart of Portugal, the first of its kind.Kat now offers Heart-led & Human Design-informed spaces and education for others to find their peace and understanding as she has.
