TW-Light Ministries serves to encourage and build up women of all ages from teens to the twilight years in their God-given purpose in this life. Working across denominational lines and even outside the church walls in communities, the TW-Light Ministries Team brings life and light to everyone. The ministry was created to help women realize that they have a purpose on this earth, at this time, in the place they are right now no matter their age. Women are the life-blood of the family, the community and in turn the world. Women tend to invest in others and forfeit caring for themselves.TW-Light Ministries works within a community with church and organizational leaders, who wish to invest in their people through ONE DAY conferences which are designed for a single day. Women, from the host community and the surrounding areas, can join together to make a difference in each other's lives while renewing their own. Follow-up materials and other studies are available long after the conference is over for further growth and support.The TW-Light Ministries Team is comprised of 15 women from all walks of life, backgrounds, talents, skills and gifts. From teachers to worship leaders, writers, speakers, story tellers, counselors, prayer warriors and just down-to-earth regular women, who want to enable women to live the life that they were created to live with joy. The tie between the TW-Light Ministries Team and the women they have ministered to continues from that point on, with prayer support and more help and materials if needed.Funded by private donations, TW-Light Ministries tries to keep costs low for events allowing all who wish to attend. The way to really make an impact is to leave a legacy of people whose lives are changed because of God's work through you in their lives. TW-Light Ministries and the team that comprises it, want that kind of impact. The mission of TW-Light Ministries is to glorify God and bring those that do not know him to knowing him. TW-Light Ministries is based on Matthew 5:14-16 "You are the light of the world. A city on a hill cannot be hidden. Neither do people light a lamp and put it under a bowl. Instead they put it on its stand, and it gives light to everyone in the house.
