I am a certified yoga and meditation teacher in various styles. My mission is to connect mind and body through movement, breath and meditation, with a special focus on stress relief for women. I believe that we consciously and unconsciously store a lot of tension in our bodies. I support you in learning to direct your focus inward in order to be able to feel your own body more clearly, helping women develop practical tools to identify, release, and manage the unique stressors they face in daily life.
