Sarah is the face behind Balanced You and is a passionate Yoga Teacher and Yoga Therapist who guides others on their journey towards physical and mental health, and spiritual well-being. She teaches a gentle style of therapeutic yoga that focuses on combining the breath with mindful movement to cultivate self-awareness and balance in the body.Having trained in the Krishnamacharya lineage at Yogic Wisdom, Sarah is a firm believer of meeting you where you are at and suiting yoga to the individual. In Sarah’s classes, you can expect a blend of gentle movement, breath awareness, meditation and deep relaxation. She provides modifications to suit the individual needs of her students and utilises props to support those in her classes.Sarah welcomes you with open arms and cultivates a sense of community in her classes. Her aim is to have you leaving the class floating on air and taking the tools of yoga back into your daily life.Qualifications: 350-hour diploma in Yoga Teacher Training, 650-hour post graduate training in Yoga Therapy, and Diploma of Counselling.
