The award-winning London International Gospel Choir is one of the largest choirs in the city, which celebrates the fantastic mixing pot of people found in the capital. LIGC frequently goes on tour and has performed around the UK and internationally. Its reputation for energetic performances has led to various high-profile appearances: entertaining the crowds waiting for Michelle Obama at her UK book launch; City Hall's Remembrance Day service, the Mayor of London's citizenship ceremony, and London Assembly's celebration of International Women's Day; and TV and radio shows. The choir has performed with Gary Barlow, George Ezra, Jamie Grey and Alexandra Burke, and has teamed up with charities including the Big Issue Foundation. LIGC has also appeared in several concerts at the O2 – with Hugh Jackman and with Take That as part of the band's Odyssey tour."
