Making life easier with dance and movement therapy.Our mission is to promote dance as a tool for self- discovery, connection with our-self and with others.Through the movement of the body we can feel joy, peace, freedom, sadness, misunderstanding, despair or release. These emotions integrate us, transform us and allow us to better understand ourselves and the reality around us. Dance is purification. Through intuitive movement we can access previously hidden feelings, memories and transfer them to temporal experiences.
