OUR MISSIONHomelessness among youth is a growing crisis in the United States that has only been increased by the recent Covid-19 pandemic. At One Heart Foundation it is our mission to end youth homelessness by working with local partnerships, charities, and organizations. We want to not only ensure that every state has enough beds to house their homeless youth but that if a young person becomes homeless, they know who to reach out to. We recognize a need that once homelessness happens to a young person, they often do not know where to go or who to turn to. Our goal is to make sure that this information is readily available in communities across the United States, so that if they find themselves in that situation they know that there is someone they can turn to. The One Heart Foundation maintains a national database of homeless youth shelters to help get this information out into the communities. We thank you so much for your support.
