Kacey has also dedicated over 20 years serving as a Continuing Education Instructor for Code Enforcement Officers. Her influence extends statewide—Kacey was elected president of the largest environmental health association in Texas, where she testified at the State Capitol on proposed legislation. Recently, she was honored with the association's Lifetime Meritorious Service Award, a testament to her unwavering dedication to her field.Kacey is a proud Navy mom and has been married to her husband, Raymond, for over 30 years. Together, they have a large blended family of all boys and enjoy spending time with their children and grandchildren.
