Betsy Collie is the Owner of Rapid Results Fitness (A StrongFirst Accredited gym) located in Durham, NC. The gym specializes in small group kettlebell training classes and personal training also utilizing barbells, bodyweight training, ropes as well as Functional Movement Screening and joint mobility work.Betsy is a certified NASM CPT and also Senior StrongFirst Certified Elite Instructor (appointed by Pavel Tsatsouline, the Russian who introduced and popularized traditional Russian Kettlebell training in the US and around the world), StrongFirst Elite, StrongFirst Certified Level II Kettlebell Instructor, StrongFirst Certified Barbell Instructor, and StrongFirst Certified Bodyweight Instructor.She works for Pavel at StrongFirst, the ultimate School of Strength for all things kettlebells, barbells, and bodyweight training. She is also certified in Z Health Level I, certified as an FMS (Functional Movement Screen) trainer, a Level II Battling Ropes Coach, and certified NASM CPT and American Fitness and Aerobics Association (AFAA) to teach Group Fitness, and Personal Training.As a Senior StrongFirst Instructor and Owner of Rapid Results Fitness she trains all walks of life from housewife, to collegiate athlete, to the military, to business professional, the youth to grandfather and everything in between. In addition, she instructs at StrongFirst Certifications and Courses that are taught throughout the year in various states and around the world.One of her proudest instructor moments was when she was appointed by Pavel Tsatsouline, along with 9 other instructors to train the Navy SEALs in Kettlebell training. Her mission in training others is to teach proper body mechanics, improve movement patterns, build strength, and prevent injury with the goal of creating resilient bodies for life!
