At Phoenix Flow Kettlebell Training, we are determined to help bring the art of kettlebell flow to the forefront of fitness. It is our belief that we can build a healthier, stronger, and closer community through synchronized, harmonious, and structured movement. Our classes and training style are designed to incorporate full body movements, our soul, and spirit as we flow together.Phoenix Flow consists of two experienced trainers have a diverse range of backgrounds and specialties - sharing the same affection for the kettlebell. Zoe and Ryan began training together in late 2022, this was the beginning of a never-ending kettlebell journey. We are excited to share our knowledge and passion with the community in hopes that we all can continue this beautiful journey together.
