As a child, I had always dreamed of becoming an attorney, which led me to pursue a degree in Criminal Justice. In my early twenties, I had the opportunity to assist my own immigration attorney, which sparked my interest in the field. As I grew older, I found myself becoming the go-to person for friends and family who needed help with filing immigration documents and various forms.Recognizing my passion for immigration work, I made the decision to become certified as an immigration form specialist and started my own consulting business. However, I soon realized that immigration work is about more than just filing applications. It is about helping migrants establish a new life in a new country.This realization inspired me to establish the C&J Migrant Solutions Foundation. As a migrant myself, I have firsthand experience of the challenges and stress that individuals and families face when going through the immigration process. I understand the importance of providing support and guidance to ease the burden and make the journey smoother for those seeking a better life in the United States.
