I am a movement educator and Capoeira- and Handstand teacher, with a background in evolutionary biology and a deep focus on human adaptation and embodied cognition. My method, Evolutionary Movement, bridges science with holistic movement, drawing from Capoeira, contemporary dance, and acrobatics. I create immersive experiences where movement becomes a tool for perception, and connection. I am constantly researching on the topic of kinesthetic empathy on my weekly classes.
