Mia is a women’s coach and certified trauma informed yoga teacher. She mentors and teaches workshops, classes, and gatherings to educate and guide women through cycles in their bodies and lives. Using movement, yoga, rituals, and menstrual cycle awareness she guides women to find balance in their health, lifestyle, work, and relationships. She is also an artist and the author ofGood Enough: Poetry and Illustrations Inspired By The Vulnerable Truths of Women From Around The World, which she created during a year of traveling. Mia is rejuvenated by getting up with the sunrise and running in the mountains. She lives to travel and is currently based in Frisco, Colorado.
