MidAtlantic Improv was started by Michael Harris and a group of brilliant actor/improvisers from across Maryland. They produce improvised, full length Genre plays including, Bah Humbug: A Christmas Carol (Mostly) Improvised and Law & Order SIU: Special Improv Unit. They can also be hired for private shows and events and have played at everything from Bachelorette Parties to Conventions to Bar MItzvahs.In addition, MidAtlantic Improv provides Applied Improv workshops for businesses, non profits and other organizations. Applied improv takes the principles of Improvised Theater and uses them to teach skills that improve communication, collaboration and creativity in the workplace. They also make for a joyful alternative to typical, tedious, Ice Breakers. Past clients include: Johns Hopkins Hospital & University, PayPal, T.
