My name is Marc andI am a science enthusiastwith focus on astronomy, heritage, and IT. Over the years I spent my time teaching in uni, researching, and programming. I came to love exploring some time back.I love astronomy and archaeology, so I combine them in what is known as archaeoastronomy since 2004. I am also a tour guide and explorer. My travels around the world enabled me to discover many new things, some published in research journals and conferences. I have studied ancient sites in Central Europe and the Balkans (Romania and Serbia), and Eastern Europe (Armenia). I currently also serve as one of the vice presidents of the European Society for Astronomy in Culture. This unique mix of astronomy and archaeology has come alive in the tours I have been organizing since 2019 in this less known area of Europe which allows visitors to get a glimpse of the past by experiencing both hemispheres: the sky and the heritage.So, what can you expect to find here? The answer is simple. I will share my knowledge and insight on archaeoastronomy and modern cultural heritage in recorded videos and live streams that will take you to a fascinating world. A world where Virtual Reality technology mixes with mobile devices into enabling an immersive experience of the skyscape, the complete view of the cosmos above and beyond that has fascinated humanity since its early days.
