Let’s Talk, Period.is the pioneering podcast and community in the pelvic health space, offering a refreshing approach to managing chronic pelvic health conditions such as endometriosis, adenomyosis and PCOS for Gen Z and millennial people assigned female at birth. We’re done with stuffy and outdated chat abouts about periods and menstrual health. We’re revolutionising the way we discuss pelvic health conditions by fostering an inclusive and supportive community, through combining personal experiences, easy-to-understand information and relatable humour. We create a space where laughter, tears and genuine connections make learning about endo, adeno and PCOS feel like chatting with a close friend.About Isabella, Let's Talk, Period.'s FounderIsabella Gosling is the Founder of Let's Talk, Period. She was diagnosed with both endometriosis and adenomyosis in 2015, after nearly seven years of searching for an answer for her symptoms. From this moment she has advocated for better care, treatment and support for those living with chronic illnesses. She has first hand experience with the frustration, confusion, overwhelm and loneliness that comes with endo, adeno and PCOS. She spent countless hours searching google for ways to manage her conditions, trying to determine what information was reputable, and what was not.It was from these feelings that Isabella knew she wanted no one else to feel this way and how Let’s Talk, Period. was founded. She values evidence-based information, as well as ensuring this information is easy-to-understand.Isabella holds both a Bachelor of Education and a Bachelor of Nursing. She is also currently undertaking a Masters of Advanced Practice Nursing. You can learn more about Isabella’s journey to diagnosis and experience living with endo and adenohere.Want to know what a Let's Talk, Period. event is like?
