Trass Coaching and Training emerged from Candace Trass Crute's deep desire to continue helping individuals and organizations transform. Candace spent 3 decades in the United States Air Force where she impacted thousands of people and numerous organizations with her keen leadership, communication, and problem solving skills. She led several history-making projects, won several leadership awards, and was known as a mission first, people always leader. Additionally, she has been a member of the John Maxwell Team since 2015. She combines her military experience and a long list John Maxwell Team resources to help individuals and organizations bridge the gap between where they are to where they want to be using speaking, training, coaching, behavior analysis, leadership assessments. She is also licensed to host John Maxwell's annual Live2Lead from the first week of October through the end of February.
