About This Event

It can be incredibly hard to know what it takes to remain healthy or to return from illness. There is so much information out there, much of it conflicting, it can be virtually impossible to work it out. And even if we land on the truth, how do we use it to make real, sustained, changes in our lives?

The end goal of having health is usually the same. We want to feel alive, and vibrant, and have the physical energy we need to live a thriving life! However, while the end goal may be the same for all of us, the path we take to get there can look very different.

How have these health professionals navigated this?

This is what this 2-day seminar is about.

Over 2 incredible days, you will hear from several exceptional health professionals about their lived experiences in health and healing—both from their perspective and the perspective of their patients/clients.

But you won't be sitting there just listening to people talk for 2 days. You will also get to engage with the speakers and spend time with coaches who can help you with the tools to navigate making real changes in your own life successfully.

She takes a very holistic view of health and loves educating people about the low-carb lifestyle and how different foods affect the body, as well as focusing on other elements of lifestyle and the psychological and mindset aspects of dietary change. Having studied nutrition and health psychology, Carla was perplexed as to why she suffered from a variety of health conditions, such as polycystic ovaries, obesity, and fibromyalgia. Once she discovered insulin resistance was the root cause, she revolutionized her health. Carla’s qualifications in psychology and nutrition, combined with her life-altering personal experience and passion, allow her to motivate and inspire others to change what they eat, as well as how they think about ‘diet’. She is determined to be part of the movement that brings awareness to low-carb real food, and the negative effects of sugar and refined foods, to the world.
