Shirell A. Gross, Esq. CLC has built a successful career as a senior executive and attorney at Fortune 500 companies. She is currently a Senior Executive at a world-leading medical technology company. Previously, she was a vice president, division counsel, and head of law for a global life sciences conglomerate. Between these two roles, Shirell took a two-year hiatus from the law, became a certified life coach, and started a Measure of Ambition LLC. She continues to provide empowerment events to help women fully self-actualize to their full potential. She also remains passionate about women of color and emerging women leaders. She demonstrates this commitment as a global ERG leader, an Executive Leadership Council member, and a mentor and advocate for many Women.She has received numerous professional recognitions, including Savoy magazine as one of the Most Influential Black Lawyers in America, Black Doctors.org’s Top Blacks in Healthcare, Hofstra University School of Law’s Outstanding Women in Law, and YWCA of Bergen County as a Women of Influence, Top Policy Maker Award from Executive Women of New Jersey and many others.She also held roles in corporate, a law firm, and the government. Shirell credits her professional success to her focus, tenacity, hard work, intellect, a keen ear for corporate politics, and ability to develop key relationships.She is active in the community and currently serves on the board of the Boys and Girls Club Paterson/Passaic. She has also served on the National Executive Board of Jack and Jill of America Inc. as National Program Director, Trustee for the Jack and Jill of America Foundation, and the Chair of the Community Advisory Board of WNET (NYC, NJ, CT). She is also a member of the North Manhattan Chapter of Delta Sigma Theta Sorority Inc.
