Hello. I am a writer, researcher, writing for wellbeing facilitator and an oral historian. I am fascinated by stories and memories. My workshops aim to create safe spaces for people to be experimental and playful with words.I have worked with diverse audiences on a range of writing projects about subjects including about menopause, mental health, living without children and isolation and loneliness during the pandemic.
