Dr. Katsia CadeauDr. Katsia Cadeau is a dedicated educator, leader, and minister with a deep commitment to faith, education, and community service. She serves as a faculty member and program overseer at St. Thomas University, where she plays a pivotal role in shaping future educators and leaders. She is also the author of Leadership Styles: Engaging Leadership Practices Across Disciplines and a passionate advocate for building leadership pipelines in education through structured mentorship and professional development.Beyond academia, Dr. Cadeau is the Choir Director at Lively Stone Church of Miami and the daughter of the late Woolly Doriscar, the church’s founder. She has been instrumental in continuing her father’s legacy of faith and service. Over eight years ago, she launched the online prayer line, creating a space for consistent intercessory prayer and spiritual support. Additionally, she founded the LSC Annual Prayer Breakfast three years ago, which has grown into a cherished event that fosters faith, fellowship, and community engagement.Lively Stone Church of MiamiLively Stone Church of Miami is a vibrant, faith-based community dedicated to spiritual growth, fellowship, and service. The church actively partners with Food Share to distribute food to the community quarterly, ensuring families in need receive essential groceries. Every Thanksgiving, Lively Stone hosts a food and turkey drive, and during Christmas, the church organizes a toy drive, serving over 200 families each year. In addition, the church fosters fellowship by providing a monthly communal meal, where members come together to share food and strengthen their bond.Through its ministries, worship services, and community outreach, Lively Stone Church remains a beacon of faith, unity, and transformation in the Miami area.
