I’m a Venezuelan Immigrant. I moved to the U.S by the end of 2017. I’ve been married for 17 years, and I have a teen daughter. I left everything in Venezuela, including my family and my career as a lawyer, to provide a better future to my daughter.I worked several jobs, such as administrative assistant, paralegal, and babysitter before becoming a Notary Public and a Notary Signing Agent. This career started as a side-hustle, but soon after I launched The Closing Signing Service, a nationwide mobile notary services agency.We find and hire notary signing agents to close real estate transactions for mortgage professionals (title agents, escrow officers, real estate attorneys, mortgage brokers, loan officers, real estate brokers, real estate agents).The Closing Signing Service has a database of 40,000 trained and certified notaries. In 4 years in business, we have scheduled over 20K real estate transactions (buyers, sellers, reverse mortgages, helocs, cash deals, remote online notarizations, etc), for 800+ repeat customers located throughout the country.I’ve focused my career in growing my Notary Agency, becoming a Remote Online Notary Expert, and educating my notary peers to become successful Notary Signing Agents, not in vain I was appointed as the Southern Florida Ambassador for the Loan Signing System Program.
