Tamara is a Denver-based, East Coast raised 500-hour trained Yoga Teacher and Reiki Master. Her yoga training is based in the B.T.S. Iyengar and Karmic philosophies, and her Reiki training is based in the Usui System of Reiki. Recently, she completed yin training and is excited to offer that modality as well.She is passionate about providing a safe space to land. Her classes are a combination of thoughtful meditation through physical expression, embodiment, and resilience. You will be encouraged to listen to what you truly need in that moment.
