Konnichiwa! My name is Minako from Sakura Japanese Culture Centre in Hobart.I started to making Japanese confectionery 'Nerikiri' since 2021. Completing a Japanese Nerikiri teaching course has given me this authentic process dating back to the Edo period.I'm also having the tea ceremony classes, and teaching how to wear a Kimono.
