Services are offered at no cost, and not restricted to income level or demographic, to equalize and to build a community of competent and confident parents.Mother & Child is a local Portland, OR 501(c)3 non-profit, operating as Mother & Child since 2008; offering a non-judgemental space that connects and supports parents where they are at. Mother & Child is sustained through the giving of individuals, businesses, grants, and fundraising events.
