The Burncoat Center for Arts and Wellness is an oasis for people of all ages who want to explore both their creative, and artistic potential and overall wellness of the body and mind. Burncoat Center for Arts and Wellness offers a collection of classes, programs, workshops, and once a month market days to draw the community together for arts, crafts, and mindfulness.The act of being creative can help decrease everyday stress and anxieties. Participating in the arts can also help with depression and increase positive emotions, and daily wellbeing. The added bonus?
