Hi, I’m Evelien! I’m a yoga teacher with a background in psychology, philosophy, and cognitive sciences. After completing my 200-hour Vinyasa Yoga Teacher Training in Mysore, India, I’ve combined my knowledge and practice to create workshops that support both personal exploration and connection within a community.I believe that transformation happens when we come together in a safe and inclusive space.
