Boshka Grygoriew -Alvy has completed her NAAD Yoga Sound Meditation Teacher Training in 2019, which is accredited by Yoga Alliance and CMA. Since then she has been hosting an array of private and business events across the country. Some of her most recent collaborations include NEOM Organics, Leeds City Council, Leeds College of Art and Harewood Holistics, among many others. Boshka‘s work is deeply inspired by the teachings of Chinese Medicine, Qi-Gong, Ayurveda and Yoga. In 2022 she has qualified as an RCP Consultant - specialising in metabolic health and nutrition, which she incorporates while working with private and corporate clients.
