Firstly, I am the founder of the Cosmopolitan Roses Netball Academy, a venture driven by my vision to provide opportunities for Asians and ethnic minorities in netball's elite pathways. My goal is to cultivate and train individuals from diverse backgrounds, ensuring that the representation on the court reflects the richness of our communities, rather than being dominated solely by one demographic.As the Vice President of the Pakistan Netball Federation, my journey into the administrative realm was propelled by my deep-rooted connections and unwavering dedication to netball. I am committed to fostering support and development for netball in Pakistan, with a focus on elevating the standards of the sport and nurturing a successful national squad. Through my involvement, I aim to see Pakistani netballers excel on the international stage and to popularize the sport within the country.Furthermore, I am actively facilitating the participation of British Pakistanis in major tournaments representing Cosmopolitan Roses Netball Academy and Pakistan Netball Federation, leveraging channels to ensure their inclusion and representation. By bridging communities and promoting diversity within the sport, I aspire to see netball thrive globally while empowering individuals to realize their full potential on and off the court.
