Media Makers is a creative and social club where students can develop their artistic and professional practice and collaborate on audio-visual projects.Working together with staff, artists, and professionals in Amsterdam’s media scene, students have the opportunity to learn about the ins and outs of media production, encompassing everything from filmmaking to curation, event coordination and more.Every few weeks, we come together in OMHP for a regularly scheduled brief, suggesting prompts that students can interpret for their own artistic projects. We then offer a series of workshops where we help students conceptualise and execute their ideas, inviting artists and professionals to share their expertise in the relevant fields.Each block, we showcase and celebrate the amazing work being produced during our regular screenings.
