In today's hectic world, it is easy to get so lost in our everyday tasks and activities that we pay little or no attention to our overall well-being. Join us for the interactive class that offers a way to shift our attention so as to improve our physical, mental, emotional, and spiritual wellbeing. It is for both new and experienced meditators and will include instructions on the technique, two practice sittings, and guidance on how to fit this meditation practice into your already very busy lives.
