About Cynthia Hwang 

Cynthia Hwang is a versatile business professional with experience in Business Operations and Project Management across IT and banking sectors, specialising in operational excellence with a customer focus.

Cynthia co-leads EntreBoss @ NLB, a pro bono entrepreneurial community supporting entrepreneurs through speaking events and learning initiatives. Cynthia also contributes to NHB projects that foster interest in Singapore's culture and heritage through event facilitation.

Though semi-retired, she remains a lifelong learner who stays current with emerging technologies and maintains a keen interest in innovation initiatives shaping Singapore's future.

About Mr Frank Koo

Frank Koo is the founder of Nextplay – a company that supports leaders and executives in developing the right mindset, skills and commitment to excel in the future of work. Prior to starting his company, Frank was the Head of Asia at LinkedIn. He also held leadership roles in BE Education, where he was Chief Operating Officer, Pearson Education where he was President of Learning Solutions, and Oracle where he was Managing Director for Singapore and South Asia Growth Economies. Frank actively contributes to professional communities. Janet specialises in psychology-informed leadership development and is a certified consultant under Singapore’s Mentorship Support Grant, bringing deep expertise in structured mentorship programmes.
