Bridgeen first began offering mindfulness classes from wee flat in Jordanstown, Northern Ireland in 2007 and she has evolved a lot since then.After getting married to her Turkish delight Muhutin in 2017, she became a mum to beautiful Beddy, born in June 2021. (She is also mum to Buddy the cockapoo born July 2020).In July 2024 she was ordained as a OneSpirit Interfaith Minister - she has a business calledImmeasurable Heartsproviding ceremonies for weddings, funerals, baby blessings etc and spiritual counselling.Bridgeen also has a Masters in Mindfulness Based Approaches (Msc) from Bangor University, Wales. She is an accredited and trainedMindful Self-Compassion (MSC) Teacher, a qualified yoga teacher (YFNI), a Reiki Master and an admirer of the slow down movement despite always being too busy!
