A dedicated meditation practitioner since 2007, I am a certified mindfulness meditation teacher and the owner of a thriving mindfulness studio in Yarmouth, Maine. Over the past four years, I have had the privilege of supporting cancer patients through mindfulness practices, fostering resilience and well-being. My teaching experience spans a wide range of audiences, from preschoolers and non-profits to corporate environments, where I create inclusive and impactful learning experiences.Drawing from my extensive background as a former banking executive, I integrated mindfulness into my leadership style to teach, coach, and inspire highly effective teams.
