She founded Discovering Mindfulness in 2014 to share the benefits of mindfulness for managing stress, anxiety, and burnout. She follows the good practice guidelines for teaching mindfulness as a certified MBSR teacher member of the Mindfulness Teachers' Association of Ireland (www.mtai.ie).Drawing on her own healing journey and decades of professional work, Sheena creates a warm, grounded space where individuals can reconnect with themselves, build resilience, and live with greater ease. Based in Mullingar, Co. Westmeath, she offers mindfulness courses, workshops, therapy, and outdoor practices.
