Kristen Anderson is a Performance and resilience coach, educator, author and endurance athlete dedicated to optimizing mind-body performance in all areas of life. She helps individuals build strength, confidence, and longevity through workshops, group classes, and events—whether in sports, leadership, or relationships.After recovering from a life-altering cycling crash, Kristen found renewed purpose in sport, re-discovering the power of resilience, movement, and belonging. Now, she shares these principles through coaching, Pilates and mobility classes, and high-impact events designed to push limits and foster connection.Kristen is a contributor and resilience coach for CMHAVF’s BMO VANCOUVER MARATHON team and a 30x30 Ambassador for the RBC GranFondo. She champions inclusivity and participation in endurance sports. She holds a Master’s in Organizational Behaviour and certificates in NeuroLeadership, Mindfulness and Sex Education.
