3-21 No Kiddin offers a few things....There are amazing nonalcoholic beverages... some that replicate traditional alcoholic drinks like spirits, wines and beer.Ffunctional Beverages- Maybe you have hard of Mushroom Coffee? 3-21 has a variety of drinks and even chocolate bars that have ingredients know to perform functions in your body. There are drinks for stress, depression, socializing, good sleep and more! It is the adaptogens in these drinks that are known to help with wellness journeys.Lastly- 3-21 No Kiddin is about COMMUNITY! We have monthly hikes, book club, game night, and are launching open mic night and a Fiber Club for our craftspeople in the world. We also have ticketed shows to include Magic, Sip and Paint, Beer Tastings and so much more.Please follow along here or on FB to stay up to date on all the latest from the 1st nonalcoholic bar and sober social club in CT.A little more about Bobbie...Bobbie the Awesome is a women owned entrepreneur, podcaster, published author and creator of 3-21 No Kiddin Recovery Playgrounds. 3-21 No Kiddin is the 1st ever social space with non alcohol, gambling or children! Bobbie is in recovery from gambling addiction and has been sober 4 years. She found that after entering her recovery journey, the only adult places to go for recreation & entertainment were bars and casinos. In the absence of somewhere to go to play and have FUN, she created the Recovery Playground model.After 4 years of researching how she would make her model work without alcohol and gambling revenue, she finally figured it out and is opening her 1st location 11/1/2023. Although the 1st location is a humble intimate space, it will show the demand for this environment and she plans to expand in 2024. Her passion for the project comes from not just her story, but also seeing how the people need more choices to support their mental wellness.Along the way, Bobbie co-wrote a book with 8 other women, called Belonging... Secrets to Soothe the Soul. Each chapter is dedicated to an author's journey to feeling like they belonged. It made international best seller on Amazon and the ladies are workiing on thier next book, Believing!In addition to writing, Bobbie has recently graduated from Sans Bar Academy, a course specializing in the non alcoholic drink market and events, with the founder of one of the first Sober Bars in the country. Formal education includes a Technology and Business Degree from SUNY Cobleskill, and various other certificates in Marketing, Retail and Leadership.She has also completed a certificate from the IAP Career College for Non- Profit Business owners.The 3-21 No Kiddin 501C3 will be forming in the upcoming months and will be designed for "Expect the Best" support, training, housing and resources for those transitioning out of rehab, prison and the unhomed. The vision is to offer the opportunity to help others get on their feet, and come into the 3-21 Recovery Playgrounds as staff and franchisee owners.There is a lot of work ahead, but Bobbie is determined to make a huge impact and help others live the lives they deserve to! Every event you participate in goes towards building the misison out in the upcoming years.
