Welcome to the Moilili Resident Manager Association (MRMA), where collaboration, community, and professional development take center stage.Established in 1999, MRMA has been a cornerstone of the property management industry in Hawaii, uniting a diverse community of professionals committed to excellence. Over the years, MRMA has evolved and adapted to meet the changing needs of our members, thanks in large part to the unwavering dedication of our leadership and volunteers.​We owe a debt of gratitude to Ben Merritt, Blanche King, and Elaine Panlilio, whose tireless volunteerism and commitment have been instrumental in upholding MRMA over the years. Their passion for the industry and steadfast leadership have helped shape MRMA into the thriving community it is today.As we welcome new leadership in the form of Mano Nguyen and Michael Gill, both accomplished General Managers who also worked for top managing agents on Oahu before becoming GMs, bringing fresh perspectives and ideas, we're excited about the opportunities for growth and collaboration that lie ahead. Together with our entire MRMA community, we are committed to building on the legacy of excellence that defines our organization. Mano & Mike will be hosting a Manager's Corner at the end of each session to highlight the Manager of the Month and allow them to share insights and innovations with the community.​We invite you to join us on this journey of discovery, learning, and camaraderie.
