MSU Alumni, Fans, Family & Friends Annual Euchre Tournament 2024

How: Progressive style euchre, no partner needed. Everyone earns their own points and changes partners each round. We will play 4 rounds, have our meal break, then play the last 4 rounds. In each round, each player will deal twice, or play for 15 minutes, whichever happens first. Partners will earn the same amount of points each round, winners from the table will move to the next table, losers stay behind and change seats. At table changes, players will switch partners so you will play with different players each round.

Cost: $40 MUST BE REGISTERED BY AUGUST 22ND

Includes: 1 of 4 sandwich options (Pickled Chicken, Flat Burger, Pulled Pork, or Black Bean Burger) includes either fries or tots, water station, door prizes every round, and prizes for 1st and 2nd place winners.

Everyone will be additionally responsible for any additional food and all beverages.

Each year, the winner's name is engraved on the club trophy!

This is a fun afternoon for experienced players. If you don't know how to play, learn before the tournament! There are many different apps available for free to learn from, or ask for help in our Facebook Group, San Antonio Spartans.

Proceeds benefit the San Antonio Spartans Expendable Scholarship Funds. Each fall, two Bexar county MSU students receive scholarships from our club. A new student and a current student are both selected by the financial aid office, based upon need. Support local Spartans and have great afternoon of sportsmanship!
