Since 2015 our founder – Coach Austin Toloza, CSCS, dad, Marvel nerd, and long-time strength coach – has turned the gym into a playground where busy professionals, weekend warriors, and youth athletes grow stronger in body and mind.What happens at our events?HYROX & “HalfRox” throw-downs – high-octane functional-fitness races that test grit, lungs, and legs (think sleds, wall balls, and a cheering crowd of new friends).Free Speed & Performance Camps – one-hour clinics for ages 7-18 that teach sprint mechanics, agility, and confidence before the next season kicks off.Yoga, Mobility & Recovery pop-ups – breathe, stretch, and reset with coaches who understand sore quads and tight laptops shoulders.Community lifts & socials – Boast & Barbells coffee mornings, Night Lifting Fridays, Marvel- or Anime-themed strength classes, charity reps-for-a-cause, and any other excuse we can find to lift heavy things together.Why we do itOur mission is simple: build stronger humans and an even stronger community.
